Job Description
We are hiring Collections Executives for our Fintech company. Candidates must have experience in debt collection and NPA handling and
hold a valid DRA certificate.
- Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for loan recovery and overdue payments.
- Handle NPA cases as per company and RBI guidelines.
- Negotiate settlements and update payment status in system.
- Maintain proper call records and follow-up details.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.
Requirements:06–3 years experience in collections / recovery (Fintech or NBFC preferred).
- Must know North Indian languages – Hindi is mandatory.
- DRA Certificate required.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
