Job Title: Tele Collections Executive

Work Schedule:6 Days Working | 1 Day Week Off

Work Location:Tin Factory, KR Puram, Bangalore (Work From Office)

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 In-Hand + ctc + Performance-Based Incentives up to ₹15,000

Job Overview:

We are hiring Tele Collections Executives to follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery through outbound calls. The role requires good communication skills, negotiation ability, and a target-oriented mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups

* Remind customers about due and overdue payments

* Explain payment options and resolve payment-related queries

* Negotiate and convince customers for timely repayment

Required Skills:

* Good communication skills in English and Hindi

* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Eligibility:

* Minimum 6 months to1 year of experience in Tele Collections / recovery / outbound calling preferred

* Fresher's with strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills can also apply
