Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of collection executives to meet recovery targets
- Monitor daily collection performance and ensure achievement of KPIs
- Allocate cases, track follow-ups, and optimize collection strategies
- Handle escalated customer cases and negotiate settlements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Train, coach, and conduct regular performance reviews of team members
- Prepare MIS reports and provide updates to management
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams for difficult recovery cases
