We are looking for an experienced and dynamic BPO Team Lead (1–2 years experience) to manage the team and oversee day-to-day operations. An exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service excellence, leadership, and process efficiency.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and manage a team of BPO agents ensuring high performance & productivity

🔹 Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement

🔹 Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently

🔹 Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines & SLAs

🔹 Conduct team training and performance evaluations

🔹 Analyze team performance data and prepare reports for management

🔹 Motivate and inspire team members to achieve KPIs & targets

🎯 Requirements:

🔹 1–2 years of experience in a BPO Team Lead role

🔹 Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills

🔹 Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume team

🔹 Strong experience in customer query handling & escalations

🔹 Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting
