Job Description: Trainer – Collections Domain

📌 Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Trainer with expertise in the Collections domain to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for our collections team. The role involves equipping employees with the necessary skills, compliance knowledge, and customer-handling techniques to achieve business goals while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training modules on collections processes, systems, and compliance requirements.

• Train employees on effective communication, negotiation, and debt recovery techniques.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDCPA, RBI, or ot or other applicable compliance standards).

Monitor performance post-training and provide coaching to improve productivity and quality.

• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions.

• Maintain updated training materials aligned with industry best practices and organizational policies.

• Prepare reports on training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Finance, or related field).

• Proven experience as a Trainer in the Collections/Accounts Receivable/Customer Service domain.

• Strong knowledge of collections strategies, compliance regulations, and call center operations.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and coach employees to achieve performance targets.

🌟 Preferred Skills

• Certification in training/facilitation (e.g., Train the Trainer, Instructional Design).

• Experience in both voice and non-voice collection processes.

• Analytical mindset to assess training impact and suggest improvements.
