Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Collection Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with customers through chat or voice processes to assist them in their journey towards improving their credit score. This includes Raising disputes, providing expert advice, and offering guidance on various financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

● Communicate with customers via chat or voice to assist with credit score improvement.

● Resolve disputes and provide expert financial advice.

● Guide customers through the credit dispute process.

● Maintain professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.

● Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.

● Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

● Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction.

● Good in Mathematical Calculations.

● Experience: 0-3 Years
