Community Outreach Intern

We’re looking for a Community Outreach Intern to join our team for 6-month, fully remote internship who will be building connections and creating meaningful user experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

User Calling – Help onboard new users, re-engage inactive ones, and support retention through proactive conversations.

Query Resolution – Handle user queries via calls with empathy and efficiency.

Community Management – Organize virtual meetups, facilitate doubt-clearing sessions, and address hotline concerns.

Feedback Collection – Gather user insights to improve our product and support.

Relationship Building – Foster trust and long-term engagement with our users.
