• Job Title: Company Driver
• Reporting to: General Manager
• Location: Company and field work (per assigned routes)
• Working Hours & Shifts: Regular office hours or according to dispatch needs (flexible hours or overtime required)
• Salary Range: Negotiable based on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport the Chairman, General Manager, top executives, and clients.
• Responsible for transporting and delivering company materials, goods, or documents.
• Ensure transportation tasks are completed punctually while maintaining a good service attitude.
• Regularly inspect vehicle conditions and perform basic maintenance and cleaning.
• Handle basic vehicle troubleshooting and contact repair shops when necessary.
• Adhere to traffic rules and the company's driving safety regulations.
• Log driving mileage, fuel consumption, and related expenses.
• Assist with other administrative or transportation-related tasks as required by the company.
• Maintain the company's Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.

Qualifications:

• High school / vocational school diploma (or equivalent) or above.
• Hold a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving licence, able to drive SUVs / MPVs with up to 9 seats; commercial vehicle licenses are preferred.
• 2–5 years of actual driving experience; familiar with local routes and traffic conditions.
• Good driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents.
• Physically healthy with good vision, capable of driving for long periods.
• Strong sense of responsibility, service-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
• Required to provide a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).

Skills & Competencies:

• Familiar with driving techniques and traffic laws.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and maintenance.
• Good communication skills and polite demeanor.
• Capable of using mobile navigation or map applications.
• Willing to work overtime or go on long-distance business trips (if required).
