Job Description
- Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system problems to minimize downtime
- Set up new hardware, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices. such as Network Attached Storage ( NAS )
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, and software updates.
- Oversee the functionality of network components such as switches
- Ensure network file systems are correctly configured and accessible to authorized users
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Hardware, computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
- At least One year experience in a similar role.
- Experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
