Role Definition

To create and manage high-quality product and event visuals, and coordinate with the marketing agency to ensure effective content

creation for marketing activities.

Responsibility Deliverables

• Product & Event Photography / Videography
• Coordination with Marketing Agency
• Product Photo Management (Google Sheets)
• File Management (Google Drive)

Tasks & Activities

• Product & Event Photography / Videography
• Take clear and professional photos of products.
• Capture photos and videos during company events, dealer meetings, Expos and other activities.
• Create professional product and event videos for marketing use.
• Coordination with Marketing Agency
• Work closely with the marketing agency to provide required photos, videos, and product information.
• Support the agency in creating marketing content such as social media posts, product creatives, and promotional materials.
• Product Photo Management (Google Sheets)
• Update and organize product photos in the company price list using Google Sheets.
• Ensure the correct images are linked and maintained properly.
• File Management (Google Drive)
• Upload and organize product photos and videos in Google Drive.
• Maintain proper folders so the Sales Team can easily access and use the content.



Required Skills:

• Basic photography and video shooting skills
• Basic video editing knowledge (preferred)
• Ability to use Google Sheets and Google Drive
• Good coordination and organizational skills
• Basic English (Read, Write, Speak)
