Control Tower Associates

About the Role:

The KOCT Associate will be part of Kouzina’s centralized Operational Control Tower, responsible for real-time monitoring and coordination across COCO and Partner kitchens. This role acts as a virtual store manager, ensuring smooth order flow, SLA adherence, and immediate issue resolution to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years experience in operations, QSR, food delivery, or support roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure, real-time environment
• Good communication skills (Hindi + English required)
• Comfortable working in shifts (24×7 operations including weekends)
• Basic proficiency in Excel / dashboards / CRM tools
