Role Overview

Bhagat Hotel & Restaurant (Pure Veg) is looking for experienced and taste-oriented culinary professionals to join our Bangalore team. We require skilled North Indian Chefs, Tandoor Chefs, Captain and Sous Chefs who can deliver authentic vegetarian flavors, manage kitchen operations, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present authentic North Indian vegetarian dishes and Tandoor specialties with consistency.
  • Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring hygiene, safety, and timely service.
  • Innovate and develop new vegetarian recipes while preserving traditional taste.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to maintain culinary excellence.
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and coordinate with vendors for fresh supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with management for menu planning, special events, and seasonal offerings.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience as a North Indian Chef / Tandoor Chef / Sous Chef.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, vegetarian cooking techniques, and Tandoor operations.
  • Ability to independently handle kitchen and manage a team effectively.
  • Taste-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality vegetarian food.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
