• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present authentic South Indian dishes (Tamil, Andhra, Kerala, Karnataka styles)
• Expertly handle items like dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, rasam, chutneys, curries, and rice varieties
• Plan menus and daily food preparation schedules
• Maintain food quality, taste consistency, and portion control
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards
• Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and support smooth operations
• Handle bulk cooking for restaurants, hotels, or catering if required
• Required Skills & Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of experience as a South Indian Chef
• Strong knowledge of traditional recipes and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Time management and multitasking skills
