Role Overview

Support corporate event operations and coordination. Ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle corporate event inquiries and bookings
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and event coordination documents
• Coordinate with clients on menu selections, setup requirements, and special requests
• Liaise with kitchen, operations, and logistics teams for event preparation
• Be present at event locations for setup supervision and on-ground execution
• Manage invoicing, payment collection, and client follow-ups
• Maintain event records and client database

Requirements

• 1-3 years in F&B operations, events, or hospitality
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Good communication and client service skills
• Able to handle multiple events simultaneously
• Comfortable working outdoors at event venues
• 6 days working week
• Flexible with working hours including evenings/weekends when events require
