Role Overview

Drive corporate event sales and delivery. Own client relationships, close deals, and ensure flawless execution of events that showcase Aubree's premium offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert corporate event leads (team celebrations, offsites, client dinners, corporate gifting)
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, and event planners
• Create customized proposals with menu recommendations and pricing
• Manage end-to-end event coordination from booking to execution
• Be present on-site at events to oversee setup, service, and client satisfaction
• Track sales targets, revenue, and client retention
• Collaborate with operations, kitchen, and delivery teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years in F&B sales, corporate catering, or event management
• Proven sales track record with corporate clients
• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
• Hands-on, execution-focused approach
• Comfortable working outdoors at event locations
• 6 days working week
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales metrics
