Corporate Trainer

Capinex HR is hiring an experienced Financial Trainer with strong exposure to the banking and financial services sector. The role involves training students with practical, job-ready knowledge and preparing them for careers in banking and NBFCs.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking / NBFC sector

Background in a relevant banking field

Strong soft skills and communication skills

Excellent financial product knowledge (Loans, BFSI products)

Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver classroom / live training on Banking & Financial Services

Train students on banking products, loan processing, and documentation

Share real-time industry practices and case studies

Improve students’ communication, confidence, and interview skills

Provide career guidance and placement preparation support

Required Skills

Deep understanding of banking operations and financial products

Strong presentation and training skills

Ability to explain concepts clearly and practically

Good interpersonal and mentoring abilities
