Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Estimation & CostingPrepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for corporate interior projects.
- Review architectural, civil, and interior drawings to extract quantity data.
- Analyze design concepts and specifications to forecast material, labor, and time costs.
- Provide cost comparisons and value engineering options for alternate materials or solutions.
- Site visits and physical measurements.
- 2. Vendor Coordination & Rate AnalysisCoordinate with procurement and vendor teams for updated material and labor rates.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and perform rate analysis to ensure competitiveness.
- Maintain and update a cost database for various materials, finishes, and services.Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (Advanced).
