Counter Sales Executive

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Counter Sales Executive for our sweets shop. The ideal candidate should be welcoming, polite, and enjoy interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome
• Understand customer requirements and help them choose products
• Pack sweets neatly and efficiently
• Handle billing and ensure accurate transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and display of the counter area
• Thank customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Presentable and polite attitude
• Basic knowledge of sweets (training will be provided)
• Prior experience in retail or food sales preferred
