Handle complete *resale documentation process

from booking to registration*

Coordinate with *buyers & sellers* to ensure

*smooth paperwork completion*

Understand client requirements and *guide them

comfortably through documentation*

*Manage CRM updates, documentation tracking & record maintenance*

Attend and respond to *client calls, emails, and

follow-ups*

Coordinate with *internal teams, legal &

registration departments*

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely closure

of *resale transactions*

Good communication & coordination skills

Basic knowledge of real estate resale documentation
