Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact from booking to handover.
  • Address inquiries and resolve customer issues, including support for NRI clients.

Documentation & Coordination:

  • Prepare and manage documentation (booking forms, agreements).
  • Ensure legal compliance with the assistance of the legal team.

Payment & Loan Coordination:

  • Oversee payment collection and reminders.
  • Coordinate home loan applications and disbursements with banks.

Customer Handover & Support:

  • Manage the handover process, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support post-handover, resolving any issues.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Maintain records of interactions and payments.
  • Provide updates and reports to senior management.
