Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dodda Ballapur for a Customer Relationship Management Manager. The CRM Manager will oversee the development and implementation of CRM processes. Daily tasks include managing customer databases, analyzing customer feedback, and developing customer segmentation strategies. The manager will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.

• Experience in Market Segmentation to create targeted strategies.

• Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Experience with CRM software and tools is a plus.
