Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer retention, loyalty, and engagement.
• Manage the CRM lifecycle, ensuring effective segmentation, communication, and personalization.
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, tracking, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Retail teams to enhance customer experiences.
• Optimize CRM tools and workflows to improve efficiency and customer insights.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to address trends and improve satisfaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of CRM or customer lifecycle experience, preferably in premium F&B/retail.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver customer-centric solutions.
