Job Description

Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice / Chat) Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

About the Role At Hyppy, customer support isn’t just “replying to queries.”

It’s about making someone feel heard, helped, and a little happier than before they texted us.

You’ll be the voice (well, text) of Hyppy across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and website chat.

  • What You’ll DoHandle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Email & Website Chat
  • Assist with:
  • Order tracking
  • Product queries
  • Returns, exchanges, COD confirmations
  • Resolve issues calmly and clearly (even when things go wrong)
  • Maintain quick response times and clean communication
  • Coordinate with warehouse & ops team for order-related issues
  • Tag, track, and categorize queries for better systems
  • What We’re Looking ForStrong written communication (simple, clear, human)
  • Good judgment → knows when to solve, when to escalate
  • Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce (orders, shipping, returns)
  • Comfortable using tools (or learning fast)

Bonus if you:

  • Get Hyppy’s vibe (warm, witty, not robotic)
  • Have handled D2C / Shopify / Instagram support before
  • Work DetailsFull-time, Work from Office (Bangalore)
  • 6 days a week
  • Rotational shifts (to manage peak hours)

Compensation₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
