Job Description: Customer Care Executive (Work from Home)

Location: Karnataka/ Telangana / Andhra Pradesh (Work from Home)

Languages Required: Fluency in Kannada and Telugu (Mandatory), Basic Hindi and English

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Inbound Calls)

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries and concerns related to BSY products.
• Call back customers who requested callbacks or missed answering previous calls (leads provided).
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Assist with product information and support customers during their purchasing process.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating in a professional and courteous manner.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the database with feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in Kannada and Telugu (Mandatory).
• Basic proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Basic computer skills to handle call logs and databases.

Training:

• Full product training will be provided.
