Customer Support Executive
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & language skills)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls and emails professionally
- Ensure zero pending tickets and timely issue resolution
- Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
- Draft clear, professional emails and provide accurate support
Requirements:
- Strong English communication (mandatory)
- Hindi mandatory
- Additional South Indian language (Tamil / Malayalam) preferred
- Hands-on experience in handling calls and email support
