Job Description

Customer Support Executive

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & language skills)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle client calls and emails professionally
  • Ensure zero pending tickets and timely issue resolution
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
  • Draft clear, professional emails and provide accurate support

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication (mandatory)
  • Hindi mandatory
  • Additional South Indian language (Tamil / Malayalam) preferred
  • Hands-on experience in handling calls and email support
