Job Title: Sales Associate – Omni Channel

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate – Omni Channel to manage sales across multiple platforms including online, offline, and customer support channels. The candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting sales operations, and ensuring seamless coordination between digital and physical sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers through multiple channels such as store walk-ins, website, social media, and phone support.
• Handle customer inquiries related to products, pricing, availability, and orders.
• Support online order processing, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment and delivery updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalate when required.
• Keep updated with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
• Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and online sales platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer channels.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
