Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Employment Type: Work-from-Home | Full-Time

Monthly Salary: Upto 25,000 per month

Work Timings: Day shift with a 9-hour rotational schedule between 9 AM and 8 PM

Ltd. is a CSaaS based Customer Experience Management Company with Clientele from across the globe, focused on providing world-class Customer Service. We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven executives with proven sales experience to engage with customers, identify opportunities and drive conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of the product or services and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handling outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.

· Understand customer needs and present products/services effectively.

· Handle objections and provide suitable solutions to close sales opportunities.

· Follow sales scripts while personalizing conversations for better engagement.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups in the CRM system.

· Coordinate with the quality team and participate in coaching sessions to improve sales performance.

· Continuously update knowledge about products, services and competitive offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Proven experience in sales or tele-sales (B2B/B2C).

· Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada.

· Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.

· Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated and target-driven.
