Communication & Client HandlingAttending inbound calls from clients and vendors

• Making outbound calls for follow-ups and coordination
• Handling client queries and providing project updates
• CRM managment

Payment & Accounts SupportPayment follow-up and recovery from clients

• Coordinating expenditure payouts
• Maintaining payment tracking records
• Assisting in basic accounts documentation

Project CoordinationCoordinating work progress between site and office

• Updating daily progress reports
• Supporting project scheduling and task follow-ups

Documentation & QuotationsPreparing quotations and sharing with clients

• Maintaining project documents and vendor records
• Filing invoices and purchase records

Labour & Vendor ManagementMaintaining labour attendance records

• Coordinating labour deployment
• Material procurement follow-up
• Vendor appointment and coordination

Required Skills:Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & documentation
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Understanding of construction processes is an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
