ob Description: Customer Service Representative (International Voice Process)


Company: Alorica India

Location: Bellandur, Bangalore

Salary: Up to 4 LPA + Incentives (up to 10k/month)

Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days off (Rotational Shifts)

Qualification: Graduation not required


Key Responsibilities:


Provide outstanding customer support for international clients via voice communication.

Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services.

Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Requirements:


Strong communication skills in English.

Ability to work flexible rotational shifts.

Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
