Role: Customer Service Executive / Customer Care Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our domestic voice process. This role is ideal for candidates who possess excellent multilingual communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Work Mode

Hybrid: Work From Home (WFH) after successful completion of training.

Training: 7 to 15 days of mandatory on-site training at our Bengaluru office.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Resolve escalated concerns with a high degree of patience and empathy.

Maintain and exceed excellent customer service standards.

Communicate clearly and confidently to ensure first-call resolution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Languages (Mandatory): Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Experience: Experience in a domestic voice process is preferred; however, Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Technical Requirements: Must own a functional laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection for WFH operations.

Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
