Job Title: Telecaller – Kannada & English (Mandatory)

Location: Bengaluru

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller who is fluent in Kannada and English to handle outbound and/or inbound calls. The role involves interacting with customers, providing information about our services, and ensuring high-quality communication and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:· Make and receive calls to/from customers professionally

· Explain products/services clearly and handle queries

· Follow up with leads and maintain records

· Maintain proper call logs and reports

Requirements:· Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Prior experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role preferred

· Basic computer knowledge

· Willingness to work 6 days a week
