About the Company:

Exclusive Jewellers is a premium custom gold jewellery startup that helps customers turn their dream designs into reality. From personalized engagement rings to meaningful gifts, we offer free design consultations and 3D previews to create truly one-of-a-kind pieces.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Executive who can connect with incoming leads, understand their requirements, share relevant design options, and set up design consultation calls with our experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and engage with potential leads via WhatsApp and phone
• Understand customer needs and explain how our custom jewellery process works
• Share sample design photos to help customers explore options
• Encourage customers to book a design consultation call
• Maintain lead status and interaction history in CRM
• Follow up regularly to keep leads warm and interested
• What We’re Looking For:Strong communication skills in Hindi, English (Kannada is a plus)
• Confident and polite over phone/WhatsApp conversations
• Ability to understand customer preferences and suggest designs accordingly
• Basic knowledge of jewellery or design is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Organized, responsive, and proactive with follow-ups
