Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce various real-estate projects and services.
• Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information regarding project features and brand offerings.
• Identify and qualify interested prospects, directing them to the field-sales team when necessary.
• Lead, guide, and manage Customer Service Executive (CSE) teams to achieve performance goals.
• Address and resolve customer queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain comprehensive records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Capture useful information, follow up on customer requirements, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
