Customer Relations Executive

As an Customer Relationship Executive (Insurance) you will engage in detailed conversations with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. This role involves meaningful client interactions over phone calls, helping customers make informed decisions through clear and simple explanations.

Mandatory requirements :-

Excellent communication skills in English are required, along with fluency in at least one regional language—Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.

Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturday and Sunday are working days, with 1 weekday off)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (with multiple breaks in between)

Key Responsibilities :

• Interact with clients to assess their insurance requirements
• Explain insurance products clearly and accurately
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
• Guide clients toward suitable insurance plans based on their needs
• Maintain accurate records and follow up when required

Clear, empathetic, and confident communication with people from diverse backgrounds

Strong focus on accuracy, as insurance documentation and information are critical

Comfortable using basic digital tools and systems

Ability to influence and guide clients toward informed and beneficial decisions.
