Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to provide outstanding service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues, answering their queries, and ensuring a seamless experience.

  1. Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chat queries promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  1. Problem Resolution:
  • Identify and troubleshoot customer issues by gathering necessary details and escalating to relevant departments if needed.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  1. Process & Reporting:
  • Maintain customer records, update databases, and track service requests.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback, trends, and suggestions to improve service quality.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, services, and changes to ensure accurate information is shared with customers.
  1. Customer Retention:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to assess satisfaction levels and encourage continued use of services.
  • Support marketing efforts by upselling or cross-selling relevant products/services when appropriate.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
