• Salary / CTC:Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC (₹20,000 Take Home)
• Experienced: ₹27,000 CTC (₹22,000 Take Home)
• Shift & Working Days:Shift: 8 AM – 8 PM (Any 9 hours)
• 6 working days with 1 rotational weekly off
• Experience Required:Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
• Educational Qualification:12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
• Required Skills & Competencies:Good verbal and written communication in English
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, navigation, CRM tools)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and interpersonal skills
• Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience in corporate BPO or customer support
• Knowledge of Tata products/services
• Roles & Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound queries for Tata services
• Provide accurate solutions and updates to customers
• Maintain logs and CRM records of customer interactions
• Escalate issues promptly to ensure resolution
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and process compliance
• Support the team in achieving operational targets
