Job RoleWe are hiring a Customer Relationship Officer (Sales) to handle customer calls, understand issues with Apple devices, share quotations, guide customers to the nearest store, and manage price negotiations and escalations professionally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls regarding Apple device issues
• 
  
• Identify problems and share accurate service quotes
• 
  
• Redirect customers to nearest store locations
• 
  
• Manage price negotiations and resolve escalations
• 
  
• Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth service flow
• 
  
• Support sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
• 
  
• RequirementsFluency in English + 2–3 South Indian languages (Kannada/Hindi/Telugu/Tamil)
• 
  
• 1–3 years’ experience in customer service/sales
• 
  
• Strong communication & customer-handling skills
• 
  
• Willing to work 6 days a week (rotational Sunday shifts)
• 
  
• Based in Bangalore or ready to relocate
• 
  

Compensation💰 Salary: ₹4–5 LPA
