Job Description

Job SummaryThe Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring excellent customer experience, and supporting the sales team by handling inquiries, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction activities related to Triumph motorcycles.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Customer Handling

  • Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
  • Provide information about Triumph motorcycle models, features, pricing, and offers.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers.

2. Lead Management

  • Handle incoming leads from walk-ins, website, social media, and phone inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM software.
  • Allocate leads to the sales team and track lead status.

3. Follow-ups

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers for test rides, quotations, and purchase decisions.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for pending inquiries and lost leads.

4. Customer Experience

  • Ensure a premium showroom experience aligned with Triumph brand standards.
  • Coordinate test ride scheduling and customer assistance.

5. Sales Support

  • Support sales consultants in closing deals by maintaining communication with customers.
  • Coordinate documentation related to booking, delivery, and registration.

6. Customer Feedback & Satisfaction

  • Collect customer feedback after test rides, bookings, and vehicle delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when required.

7. Post-Sales Relationship

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Inform customers about service schedules, events, new launches, and promotional activities.
  • Key Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer handling ability
  • Basic CRM / MS Excel knowledge
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work in a sales-driven environment
  • QualificationAny Graduate / Diploma
  • Experience in automobile showroom / customer service / sales coordination preferred
