Customer Sales Executive

We are expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic sales professionals who can contribute to our growth by driving customer engagement and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, chats, walk-ins) from potential customers, providing accurate information on services, pricing, and offers.
2. Make outbound sales calls to generate leads, convert prospects, and upsell services.
3. Proactively follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure conversions and repeat bookings.
4. Maintain strong customer relationships by offering timely support and personalized assistance.
5. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with attractive incentive opportunities.
6. Keep records of customer interactions, leads, and bookings in CRM/software.
7. Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth booking and delivery experiences.
8. Stay updated with new promotions, seasonal offers, and company updates to pitch effectively.

Requirements:

Fresher or Proven experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer support (automobile/hospitality industry preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and local language.

Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently with a customer-first approach.

Target-driven with a positive attitude and high energy levels.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
