We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Customer Care Executives for a Blended Process (Chat + Voice) to support a leading food delivery platform. ✅ Handle customer queries through Chat Support and Voice Calls

✅ Assist customers with order tracking, delivery issues, cancellations, and refunds

✅ Provide quick and professional solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

✅ Maintain high service quality and positive customer experience

✅ Escalate complex issues to the concerned teams when required

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✔ Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / PUC / Any Degree

✔ Languages: English, Hindi & Kannada (Mandatory)

✔ Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

✔ Good communication and customer service attitude
