*Key Responsibilities*  

- Serve as the main liaison for clients, providing regular updates on all steps of the financing process, from initial consultation to final closure.  

- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive, clear, and timely communication.  

- Engage with multiple banks, financial institutions, and lenders to negotiate loan terms, interest rates, fees, repayment structures, and other conditions to best match each client's specific requirements and preferences.  

- Analyze client needs, financial situations, and goals to recommend suitable financing options and present tailored proposals.  

- Guide and advise clients throughout the process, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and helping them understand options, risks, and benefits.  

- Drive deals to successful closure by negotiating optimal terms, coordinating documentation, and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience that maximizes value for the client.  

- Stay informed on market trends, lender policies, interest rate changes, and regulatory requirements to deliver competitive and compliant solutions.  

- Track and document client interactions, negotiations, and deal progress to ensure transparency and high service standards.
