Job Description

We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Candidates with prior experience in the administration will be preferred, given the need to coordinate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and visitors in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company protocol.
  • Coordinate with security for entry and exit of guests, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Handle basic administrative duties such as courier dispatch, stationery inventory, and meeting room bookings.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Support HR/admin teams in organizing events, documentation, and other office coordination tasks.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
