Job Description
Key parameters on which CSA will be evaluated Ability to converse in English, Hindi and majour south Indian languages. Clarity communication, pleasing teleconversational manners Knowledge of Tally. Well versed with excel, creating documents as per format. Deligent in followups. Good communication skills. Fluency in English - verbal and written communication. High Presence of mind ●Ability to remember multiple committments/ pending tasks... - Track, Remind, Report escalations as per the Process Execution Chart. ●Organise data for comparison/evaluation by mail / telephone Sort the data, prepare report as per the template. Documentation. Create reports, draft minutes of discussions, prepare quotes, specifications etc as per the format. Filing reports and other docs. ISO documentation knowledge. Job profile - Customer support assistant(CSA) - trainee You will be trained for Customer support activities for 2Hrs and on B2B - Business development. Since B2B - business development gives you sufficient insight about the product and since it is part of sales process, it gives us ample oppurtunity to evaluate your competeance; you will be assigned in B2B - Business development. Page 1 of 2 B2B - Business development activities - 3hrs in the morning and 3hrs in the evening Making prospecting calls promoting our products and features. Courteous, brief initial call to UPS / stabiliser dealers & fetch all the releveant details as per the sales pitch to the to the contacts from the existing database. First mailer response Send first mail response & details by WhatsApp - as per the template & update the same. Mail them the relvent details Followup for generating interest and generating leads. Follow-up the prospect to confirm the receipt of the mail, & find his / her responses & update in the excel register. Follow-up for interest by WhatssApp and phone call and mail additional information as per the template & update. Organise to prepare compliances and deviations sheet, prepare quotes and detail technical specification, etc from sales team. Instill confidence in the prospects by sharing technical information about the product, company values etc. Convert leads recived by phone / mail to prospects and orders. Creating database from the web of (a)UPS dealers and allied products dealers (All India) (b)End customers sectorwise (Bangalore) Every week your performance will be evaluated; and upon sucessfull compeletion of training for one month if you qualify yourself to be a CSA, we will appoint you as a CSA.
