Job Title/Designation - Customer Support Executive /Sr. Customer Support Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
• Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
• Resolve customer queries related to registration, filling, payment etc.
• Ensure attention to details and communication, problem solving attitude, good team work and computer skills.
• Should be a go getter.
• Preference to Immediate Joiners.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• To identify the portfolio and requirement of the prospective customers.
• To handle the queries of the customers.
• To categorize the prospective leads and pass on to the sales team.
• To co-ordinate with the sales team for meetings.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• To maintain the MIS and reports.
