Salary:18,000 to 20,000 In-Hand + Incentives

Work from Home option after 3 months

No Cab Facility

Languages: Excellent Englishand Kannada are Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through calls professionally.

Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned team.

Achieve performance targets and maintain quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate / Postgraduate

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Team player with a positive attitude
