Hiring: Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

As a CSR in our Loan Department, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary goal is to engage leads, explain our financial products, and identify high-quality prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Calling: Making 150+ outbound calls per day to potential leads.......
• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying at least 3 potential prospects daily.
• Customer Engagement: Explaining loan products clearly and professionally.
• Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of daily calls and outcomes.

Requirements & Skills

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Languages: Proficiency in Kannada and English is required. Knowledge of other regional languages is a major plus.
• Mindset: Target-oriented, persistent, and comfortable with cold calling.
• Experience: Previous experience in banking, loans, or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Details

• Location: FINANCE MATTERS ADVISORS LLP (Hubstairs CoWorks, BTM Layout, No 9, 2nd Floor, 27th Main, 100 Feet Ring Rd (Above TATA Motors), BTM 1st Stage, Bengaluru.)
• Shift Timings: General Shifts
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Compensation: Competitive salary slab + uncapped incentives based on performance.
