Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Experience: 1–2 years
Qualification: Graduate.
Gender Preference: Male/Female
Age: 18–35 years

Key Responsibilities
- Handle farmer support & complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Manage dealer & farmer enquiries through calls and messages.
- Receive, log, and track farmer complaints accurately.
- Lead management – follow up and update records.
- Collect feedback from farmers and dealers.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements
- Languages: Kannada, English, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi (multilingual preferred).
- Must have Computer/Laptop, Wi-Fi, and Mobile.
- Strong skills in:
- Communication (polite, clear, professional).
- Active listening & problem-solving.
- Multi-tasking across calls, trackers, and reporting.
- Lead management & data accuracy.
