Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Experience: 1–2 years

Qualification: Graduate.

Gender Preference: Male/Female

Age: 18–35 years

Employment Type: Full-Time - Work from Home



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle farmer support & complaints with patience and professionalism.
  • Manage dealer & farmer enquiries through calls and messages.
  • Receive, log, and track farmer complaints accurately.
  • Lead management – follow up and update records.
  • Collect feedback from farmers and dealers.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with internal teams.


Requirements

  • Languages: Kannada, English, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi (multilingual preferred).
  • Must have Computer/Laptop, Wi-Fi, and Mobile.
  • Strong skills in:
  • Communication (polite, clear, professional).
  • Active listening & problem-solving.
  • Multi-tasking across calls, trackers, and reporting.
  • Lead management & data accuracy.
