HealthVisit Health is a health-tech company providing integrated healthcare solutions including OPD benefits, diagnostics, teleconsultations, and wellness services through a large network of healthcare providers.

Role SummaryThe Customer Support Intern will support day-to-day healthcare operations by coordinating medical appointment scheduling, confirming diagnostics, and ensuring accuracy and quality of medical reports uploaded on the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers to schedule medical appointments as per their availability.
• Coordinate with diagnostic centers to confirm appointment slots and service availability.
• Take final confirmation from both customers and diagnostic partners for scheduled appointments.
• Perform quality checks (QC) on medical reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Upload verified medical reports to the Visit Health dashboard/system.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow defined process guidelines.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned cases with high accuracy.
• Skills & RequirementsGood verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Basic knowledge of customer support or healthcare operations preferred.
• Attention to detail for quality checking of medical reports.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on dashboards/tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational QualificationCurrently pursuing or recently completed graduation in any discipline.
