Job Title: Customer Support ExecutiveJob Summary

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
  • Meet response time and quality standards set by the organization.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.


  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory depending on company policy).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Good listening skills and patience.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
