Job Title: Customer Support ExecutiveJob Summary

- Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory depending on company policy).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
