Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Chat Support
Location: Sarjapura, Attibele, Hosur And All Over Bangalore.
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a calm and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Issue Resolution:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on customer service activities.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product or service knowledge to provide customers with accurate information.
- Assist in the training of new employees on customer service processes and product details.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to address customer needs and issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
6. Customer Retention:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Suggest and implement ways to retain customers, such as providing additional information or suggesting alternative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer service.

Working Conditions:
- From 9am to 6pm & Rotational Shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: 15,000 - 30,000 Per Month + Incentives
